Good news for all those who have been using Sony Xperia phone range, as company finally begin rolling out Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) update starting with the Xperia T and Xperia V devices, while the Xperia TX will follow the next month. The update includes redesigned media apps, new camera features and more on board.
The update brings the following features:
- Updated, more intuitive versions of Sony Media apps: WALKMAN, Album and Movies
- Increased options for personalization
- Improved app organization and search
- Improved camera functionality
- Google Now
As soon as the Android 4.1 update is available for your device, you will receive a notification in your phone while in most of the cases you will have the option to download and update over-the-air, but even also in some instances the software package may only be accessible via PC Companion or Bridge for Mac.
