ICS Accounts Now On 16 Percent Of All Android Devices, Jelly Bean Debuts At 0.8 Percent

Google today released its latest Android distribution figures with Ice Cream Sandwich currently running on 15.9 percent of all Android devices, which means almost a 50 percent high from last month. Android’s Gingerbread version 2.3 still running on majority of devices, with covering about more than 60 percent of market share. Frayo is in 15.5 percent, while Android latest instalment Android 4.1 accounts for 0.8 percent of devices, not so big number but yes with announced last week only it has picked up a good start. Android’s Eclair still holding 4.2 percent even after the time company moved to API 16, what more to expect that the world loves to go with Android.
