Google Maps Goes Indoors In The UK, Launching With 40 Venues Across The Country

Google announced today the launch of indoor maps for Android devices in the UK, means now you need not to be clueless while say suppose at railway station, figuring out the things, as now you have all the answers with you right in the palm of your hand. What, all you have to do is just simply open Google Maps on your Android mobile phone, zoom in to the location you’re in and the indoor floor plan appears in front of you. The company further stated that so far more than 40 venues in the UK have worked well, ranging from train stations to art galleries, department stores to sporting venues. Even, in fact, any building owner can upload their maps for future inclusion in Google Maps.
