TripAdvisor today announced that it has acquired a members-only private sale site for hotel bookings, Jetsetter.com although the terms of the deal not disclosed. Interestingly, back in October last year, Gilt Groupe, the parent company of Jetsetter.com trying to sell the brand for about $50 million but finally the turned out buyout comes now only.
