Microsoft’s last year purchased Skype finally seems made progressing on lowering the number of scam calls, according to a report in PC World, but still the issue not completely resolves. Thanks to the robo-calls and some specific features on the calling giant system that lets whole this things still affecting certain number of users.
Adrian Asher, Skype’s chief security officer, said in a phone interview Monday told PC World that the scam websites have usually been live on the Internet just a few hours. What according to PC World which calls “a computer generated voice” which lets users to purchase a fake PC security program. Asher continues on saying that, “It’s technically complex and actually expensive for these people. […] My belief is they can’t be making money off of this.”
