Microsoft today announced the launch of its Surface lineup in additional seven markets, namely, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand, bringing the total market numbers to 29 where the Surface devices are now currently sold.
The company along with also announced that by the end of next year, Delta Air Lines is planning to equip Surface 2 device running Windows RT 8.1 for its 11,000 pilots worldwide while there are new apps will be available in the Windows Store which will be designed specifically for businesses.
Other announcement includes the new participants, SAP and Omega Group, who have joined the AppsforSurface ISV program.
