An online encryption method widely used to protect banking, email, e-commerce but what according to one new such study shows that other sensitive internet transactions is not as secure as assumed. While online transactions are 99.8% secure, but this number scares some people. The modern world’s online commerce system rests entirely on the secrecy afforded by the public key cryptographic infrastructure. But that attackers could use public keys to guess the corresponding private keys that are used to decrypt data, after reviewing million of public keys used by website to encrypt online transactions ,it was found that a significant number may be vulnerable and 7.1 million public keys were studied and 12,720 were not secure at all.27000 others were vulnerable.
