Facebook Unveils App Ratings, Negative Feedback To Insights

Facebook has unveiled two new features to Insights – App Ratings and Negative Feedback in order to provide developer the better ways to monitor positive and negative aspects of their apps. Metrics can be viewed for a day, week, month, or a custom date range. App Ratings are based on a five-star scale, and also showed up your Apple Center and on app detail page. A series of bar charts show your ratings across several demographics broken down by age and gender, country, and locale.

Negative Feedback results in monitoring the negative feedback that your app received for stream publishes and Open Graph stories. The automated systems are same as the social giant uses in order to catch spam and malicious behavior on the Facebook platform. You can view reports for all story types and analyze content published using stream publish or Open Graph (feedback on a specific action type, object type, or all content) on breakout dashboards.
