Apple Plans For Indonesian Retail And Commercial Position, Hiring Employees For Number Of Positions

Seems Apple is in full urge to give Indonesian retail and commercial push as the company is reportedly hiring for a number of positions in the country. The Cupertino-based giant is looking for a Human Resources Manager; the job opening is posted on LinkedIn while the company’s Singapore-based site features three positions. These vacancies on Apple’s site include an iPhone channel manager, a CES (consumer electronic stores) manager, and a Jakarta-based account manager for iPhone/iPad carrier.

Here is what the Job Description of Apple’s HR Manager Position:

Reportsing to the Senior HR Director based in Beijing, the South Asia HR Manager will work in partnership with the ANZ/South Asia Vice President, his management team and the Southeast Asia in-country teams to drive the human resources strategy and operations in the major markets of Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and other South Asia countries.

The incumbent will also work with the in-country HR teams in Singapore to provide operational support to the Singapore Sales team.

The HRM will work closely with the Country Sales Leadership to ensure that they are leading and developing their teams, have the management skills to excel at delivering their people responsibilities and are at all times able to make good quality decision about their teams.

There is a requirement to visit locations in Southeast Asia and occasional travel to Cupertino, U.S.A.
