Apple Must Face Class-Action Lawsuit For Secretly Location Tracking, While Google And Other Defendants were Dismissed By The Judge

Reuters reports that Apple must face class-action lawsuit as it let advertisers secretly track the activity of millions of mobile device users, but also the Google and several other defendants were dismissed from the case. U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in San Jose, California, said owners of iPhones, iPads and iPod Touches may pursue claims against Apple which comes under two California consumer protection laws.
