The ongoing patent war between the world’s biggest display makers, Samsung and LG today mutually agreed on to close and resolve their patent dispute through dialogue, according to Korean news agency Yonhap reports. The two was fighting over organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panel technologies patent.
With the publication confirmed that the two giants agreed on resolving the issues, although in recent times both companies being seen threatening legal actions over an issue which began in 2001 when Samsung suspected that eleven of its researchers leaked the details of its OLED technology.
