Announced first back at CES 2012, Samsung today revealed that consumers soon to experience and play their favourite Rovio’s Angry Birds to its Smart TVs this month, allowing end consumers to enjoy the game with new gesture-based controls. The “Smart TV” app is the first Angry Birds title which will be operate on TV and most interesting is that no set-top box required, all you have to do is sit back on your sofa, be comfy and enjoy the game.
Samsung’s 000/8000/9000 Smart TVs are the first to get the app through the Samsung TV Apps portal and it will be available worldwide simultaneously. The Angry Birds maker Rovio also having plans to launch its games on consoles in the coming months, making it clear to all, that Angry Birds still having life.
