Are you based in India or Mexico and are you eagerly waiting for Google Play to make its debut in the country? If yes, then the time has come as Google today updated its support document noting that the movies on Google Play are now both available for rental and purchase in India and Mexico, bringing the numbers of countries to the total of 13.
Now, the full list of countries with movie rental and purchase support includes: US, UK, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Russia, and Spain. Although for TV episodes and complete seasons are available for purchase on Google Play, they are not any rental options yet available for TV. Currently, the ability to purchase TV episodes and seasons is only available in the US.
