Now this sounds interesting to you, as Firefox 17 still not out till Tuesday, but what The Next Web spotted is that the latest version is already available for Windows, Mac and Linux through Mozilla’s FTP server although you do have option to wait till the time the new browser officially get launched. The Firefox 17 ESR, which means Extended Support Release. Further there is no official Firefox 17 changelog as yet, but the beta changelog serves as guideline:

- FIXED: Pointer lock doesn’t work in web apps (769150).
- FIXED: Page scrolling on sites with fixed headers (780345).
