Having a website and wondering that yes mine website make it in the list of top growing website in the different search engines. Every website owner want this, but have you wondered that your website may have non-working links too (high possibility there are), reflecting poorly on both your business and brand and even more deterring visitors from returning back to your site.

Looking out for some major quick solution for this, I came across a website (currently in Beta Stage) name Dr. Link Check. Now, what makes the website interesting is that it not only checks the validity of links, but also matches them against lists of known malicious websites. There are strong chances that websites with broken links often get hacked and flooded with spam links for the purpose of manipulating search engine rankings. Also, if a search engine spider comes across a website with a high number of dead and blacklisted links, it may even penalize the site and lower its ranking.

Now you must be wondering how the whole thing works, beginning at the given URL, the app crawls through the entered URL, and will download and follow all internal links it can find. Then, it checks a maximum of 1,000 found and checked links and once the limit is reached, the check stops automatically. In mine suggestion, have a try, it’s a useful tool and in Dr. Link Check own language, “Let’s check your website’s links. Trust me, it won’t hurt.”
