Google’s Schmidt: Google Glass Will Be Made Public Next Year ‘In 2014’

With Google’s Project Glass being already a loving affair for some, with some trying their hand extend and tried to sell out it on eBay by going against Google Glass ToS, the company’s chairman Eric Schmidt in an interview with BBC over the weekend says that the Glass will be made public next year “in 2014.” Added, that consumers who tended to buy the device have to wait until 2014.

“Well, the developers are beginning now. It would be fair to say that there will be thousands of these in use by developers over the next months and based on their feedback we’ll make some product changes and it’s probably a year-ish away,” he said.

In recent moves, a leak suggested that Google Glass to include Spatial Gestures, including two-finger browser zoom and winking to take a photo. The features which said to allow you to use your fingers, head and eyes to perform certain functionalities.
