To help lead his new issue advocacy group, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg have hired two lobbying firms in Washington, DC: Madigan, Jones & Stewart along with Fierce, Isakowitz & Blalock, reports Politico (via The Next Web). The whole move is taken in order to make a buzz in the way to form the new advocacy group called TechNet, helping fighting immigration reform.

Zuckerberg has teamed up with other Silicon Valley execs, including Joe Green to give the group a fuel required although planning for the group already started about a month ago. Other consultants who together signed on include Joe Lockhart (of the Glover Park Group), Jon Lerner (a Republican strategist) and Rob Jesmer (a Republican strategist) and former executive director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
