Well good news for Sony Xperia users who are eagerly waiting for their smartphones to get upgraded with Jelly Bean, the company confirmed today through its official blog post. The company stated that the upgrades for the Xperia T, Xperia TX and Xperia V remain on schedule as planned for February and March 2013, as company announced back in October.
Adding to this, the company provided dates for other Xperia devices upgrades: the Xperia P, Xperia J and Xperia will get Android 4.1 i.e. Jelly Bean update by the end of March, while Xperia S, Xperia SL, Xperia ion and Xperia acro S will be upgraded in the “subsequent weeks.” For the Xperia U, Xperia miro, Xperia tipo, and Xperia sola, the decision has taken not to upgrade beyond Android 4.0 at the moment.
