Microsoft Starts Rolling Out Redesigned Outlook.com Calendar, Brings Easier Editing And Sharing

Launched first back in July last year, Microsoft starting from today begin rolling out a major Metro-style redesign for its Outlook.com calendar although some users won’t get it until later this week. The new design prioritize “content over chrome” and with this, the adding and editing events on the calendars now becomes real easier, all credit goes to one-click access.

Seeing at first, the new look making a close resemblance to the Outlook.com inbox, address box and SkyDrive. The Outlook.com calendar also brings support for both weather and holidays along with offering a new “Share” menu which will makes it real easier to send calendars to other via an email or through a link.
