With Apple hit high and hard on Samsung last Friday, the Cupertino-based giant filed a notice with the court over on the Samsung products it wants to ban in United States, reports The Verge. Interesting is that products which Apple find redundant and wants to ban from States’ are no longer available in the country already. The device includes four variants of the Galaxy S II, two variants of the Galaxy S, the Droid Charge and the Galaxy Prevail. A hearing date scheduled for September 20th to address the injunction issues although we will see clearly how the Judge Lucy Koh feels and react about it.
The eight Samsung devices are:
- Galaxy S 4G
- Galaxy S2 (AT&T)
- Galaxy S2 (Skyrocket)
- Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile)
- Galaxy S2 Epic 4G
- Galaxy S Showcase
- Droid Charge
- Galaxy Prevail
