Google was working on its Chrome Metro style browser, but now the company has released a new earlier Chrome version for Window 8 release Preview users. The company said that new version Chrome can be activated and installing using the latest dev channel release from Google and closing it to the default browser in Windows 8 Release Preview.

Although what is an interesting here is that Google’s Chrome Metro style browser isn’t featured in Microsoft’s Windows Store, but the Microsoft’s approval team avoiding close scrutiny. The new version of Google Chrome supports the three snap views which were found in Window 8, but smaller view is not very useful for browsing. The new Google Chrome does support Window 8 with a contract, but  we prefer to see a new Google Chrome Metro design guidelines used in future versions.
