As reported earlier that both Facebook and Yahoo were in close talks over cross-licensing deal to settle patent lawsuit and with the current exclusive news published by AllThingsD, it seems that it’s happening. The two companies joined hand in what it called as an “extensive strategic deal,” means from now on, both the companies will sell together “big events and other packages” advertisements to advertising groups. The publication further reveals that the deal has been approved by both the companies’ boards but now what the only wait is of an official announcement, which would take place anytime later today. It’s seems like the big cat-rat fight comes to an end as a happy ending.
