Oracle To Acquire Social Development Company Involver

A social development company Involver has announced that it had been acquired by Oracle and with expecting that the transaction to close in the summer of 2012. The company has entered into an agreement to acquire Involver. Involver is a provider of SML (Social Markup Language), a social media development platform that enables developers to create highly customized marketing applications for social media sites and web campaigns.

Our technology is expected to extend Oracle’s social platform to help customers more easily and cost-effectively collaborate and build engaging applications and social experiences across social networks and the Open Graph.
