LinkedIn Adds Its 19th Language, Danish, Also Announces That Over 3 Million Members Using The Site Across Nordic Region

LinkedIn1 LinkedIn Announces Q2 Earnings: Revenues Of $228 Million, EPS Of $0.16

LinkedIn today introduced a Danish language version in Denmark to its professional network with seeking to grow its near one million users in the country. The company also announced today that there are now more than three million members using the professional networking site across the Nordic region. The new language version will help people now collaborating, communicating, and sharing in their own local language.

“Every day, our members are adding information to their profiles, sharing important views and insights, connecting to one another, building their networks and getting access to a world of potential contacts, business partners, investors, employers and employees,” said Lars Ingerslev, commercial manager, LinkedIn, Nordics.

In addition to its now nineteenth language, Danish, LinkedIn is available in: English, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Czech and Dutch. The inclusion of Danish language reflects the continued investment that LinkedIn is making in the European market.
