No one likes their home, their habitat to be infested by pests. The constant cleaning up, the droppings and the overall damage that occurs because of these pests are staggering and expensive on a long term. Many a times, agents that sell you the property don’t fully disclose the various problems with the property, and then you are stuck finding it out on your own.
