Apple Sent ‘Takedown Letters’ To Retailers Who Have Been Selling Galaxy Nexus And Galaxy Tab 10.1

While Apple and Samsung hit the ball high with their fight over the sales ban on Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Tab 10.1, now the FOSS Patents revealing through a document that it has found saying that the injunction “applies not only to the named Samsung entities, but also to anyone ‘acting in concert’ with them. Apple thus believes that the order extends to you.” According to Samsung, number of sellers had received letters asking them to cease selling the two devices in late June and early July. The letter considered by Samsung as “menacing” and do have to say that retailers have to be “permitted to sell their existing inventory, even without a stay.”
