A few years ago Yahoo had declared its positive relations with Facebook but now “licensing agreement” war between the duos is making its wave. An email statement of Yahoo spokesman for Facebook “Either enters into a licensing agreement or we will be move towards legal action,” asking Facebook to pay licensing fees or company has right to take legal action.

Yahoo accounts for 25 million users that read the news on Yahoo and each day 2 million Users read the news. The company urges that even if Facebook will not make interest about licensing agreement then Yahoo will move forward unilaterally to protect our rights.” On reply face book spokesman said “We have contacted us the same time by The NY Times and so we haven’t had the opportunity to fully evaluate their claims.” The said to be “licensing” war suggest clearly that how much Yahoo faces trouble to keep up with younger competitors, the Web portal companies.
