Yahoo Acquires Beijing-based Ztelic Technology, A Social Analytics Startup

Believe it or not, but the process of buying new companies and adding into its own ecosystem is what the new love for Yahoo these days. Yesterday only Yahoo acquired AdMovate and today news rounded up that the digital media company made another acquisition and this time its Beijing-based social analytics startup Ztelic to bolster its R&D team. The deal was first reported by Global Times stated that Zeltic founder Hao Zheng itself was a Yahoo veteran and has formerly served the company as a senior web architect. The deal terms are not known as usual.

Here is Ztelic Technology said in a statement posted Thursday on its website:
