Debts, the mounting trouble of modern times; everyone seems to have something they owe someone, whether you are rich or poor, whether you are an individual or a country. Yes countries too have debts that are phenomenal to say the least. The US national debt is approximately one third of the global debt. To put that into perspective the amount that the Government of the United States owes is much more than the value of 500 companies put together, and these companies that we are talking about are some of the world’s largest companies including – Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc. If you want more on that comparison, I suggest this infographic, its does a great job getting things into perspective.
