As we reported earlier that the court granted the motion and imposed a ban, at least for some time on US sales of Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus devices on temporarily basis. With Samsung also filed a motion with the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in order to seek to stay it for the duration of its appeal, now the results are out: U.S. judge rejected Samsung’s request so as to lift a pre-trial injunction against Galaxy Nexus phone sales. As the condition set for injunction, Apple was ordered to post a bond amount of more than $95 million in order to secure payment of any damages Samsung sustained.
