Today Samsung seen another great success, the company won an intellectual property ruling against Apple as according to UK Judge Colin Briss, who said that the Galaxy tablet isn’t “cool” enough so as to be confused with iPad design, Bloomberg reports. Judge Briss said in a ruling that the Galaxy Tablet does not infringe Apple’s already registered design in any way.

The Galaxy tablets “do not have the same understated and extreme simplicity which is possessed by the Apple design,” Birss said. “They are not as cool.” South Korea-based Samsung told Bloomberg in an email statement that “Should Apple continues to make excessive legal claims in other countries based on such generic designs, innovation in the industry could be harmed and consumer choice unduly limited.”
