Seems like TV war is On – first Sony followed by Samsung and now Toshiba – what’s common among all of them is they all are launching 55-inch TV and priced at over $8,000 – that is huge price for the huge TV – isn’t. Toshiba is set to release a 55-inch 3DTV “REGZA 55XS5” with a 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution for around 750,000 Yen (about $9410) this June. There’s no news on international availability or pricing at present but we will keep an eye on it.
