Sony On Account Of PlayStation Network Downtime For Maintenance Apologizes To Users

Sony’s PlayStation Network has recently turned down on the account of downtime for maintenance, the company reportedly apologized the users for the problems in the EU PlayStation Forums. Some are unable to download paid-for games and DLC. Some have seen their transaction list of titles disappear completely.

“I just wanted to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused so far, and to reaffirm that our engineers are working to get this resolved,” wrote online support co-ordinator “RabidWalker”. Sony says their engineers are working on the problem, but it’s not clear if the issue is related to recent maintenance, the company has yet to reveal any information about the cause or nature of the error.
