It was huge zigzag war happened last week with Apple declared as true winner – asking its rival Samsung to pay a fine of $1 billion to Apple, but what things surrounding still on shelves is about existing US sales injunction on its Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets.
Reuters is reporting that Samsung closer to appealing the pre-case injunction, with as Judge Lucy-Koh ruled in favor of Apple’s claim that the device infringed upon its patents in June and since Samsung appeal was rejected, but over on top jury decided that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 had not infringed on patents.
The publication citing “a person close to the case” said that South-Korean giant will file to have the injunction dissolved in next few days.
