In a fresh “legal truffle” between Samsung and Apple, the South-Korean giant has filed another lawsuit against Cupertino-based company, claiming the iPhone 4S and iPad 2 infringed on three of its patents, reports Reuters. The latest suit was filed on Tuesday to a Seoul court, citing three “utility” patents and do involves methods of displaying data, the user interface and short text messages.
