We reported earlier that Apple and Samsung patent talk is expected by Friday when Samsung’s CEO Choi Gee-sung reaches back to Korea, but what a sudden shaking information coming from The Korea Times, citing a Samsung “official,” that the chief executives “could find no clear agreement through the talks,” leaving the firms no other option but to battle it out in court.

FOSS Patents reports that minute orders filed by Judge Spero reveal that Apple and Samsung met for nine hours on Monday and seven hours yesterday, but these sixteen hours still not make any sense, as both companies not able to come at any solution. The dispute is now slated to enter the trial phase in July.

Going back in history a bit, Judge Lucy Koh’s order that both Samsung and Apple’s CEO to go on talk to work together in resolving long-running patent infringement dispute, over which dates been fixed – May 21st and May 22nd but with current update on the issue confirmed that no agreement being made.
