Another chapter of Proview again seems ignited with fire, but this time it is not with versus Apple, but this time the fight is between Proview and the law firm which represented the company over its iPad trademark issue with Apple. Grandall law firm filed a suit against Proview so as to claim its 4 percent of commission that it have to get on the $60 million settlement, reports Sina Tech (via Engadget). Apple earlier this month had agreed to pay Proview $60 million to settle a dispute over the iPad trademark. Proview founder Yang Rongshan told Sina Tech that Grandall’s behavior is “nonsense,” and the company not obliged to pay back all of sudden as it is not under normal operation right now. Sounds like an interesting case.
