Play Call of Duty Now on iPhone, Activision Blizzard Launches the App

Good news for Call of Duty fans as game maker Activision Blizzard has finally launched an iPhone mobile app for the game, report confirmed. With the app, the game fans can now engage with the game more for Call of Duty: Black Ops and Modern Warfare 3.

“We’ve always viewed mobile as a big part of the mission of Call of Duty Elite,” said Chacko Sonny of Beachhead Studios who has been in charge of Elite. “You can have your Call of Duty Experience be with you no matter where you are.”

The iPhone version includes a subset available on the gamer social network. The mobile app service was originally planned for November, but it was due to the issue of having many users at its outset, result Activision to postponed it.

The iPhone app will offer a wide range of options to those enjoying the service.  Gamers can now change classes on the fly, compare games with their friends and check out the newest available challenges and clan tracking news on the full elite service.

Adding to this, the company is also having plans to offer the app to its Android users too, which is scheduled for next week.
