In order to create better ways of consistent search experience across the wide variety of devices and screen sizes the people use today, Google has announced a new simpler, cleaner design on the search results page. The new search provides for instance has removed ads from the sidebar, putting focus on the Knowledge Graph with aim to provide information directly from the results instead of a simple list of links. The Search tools are now available as well as accessible through the “Search tools” button. The new search results are currently available in United States only and will be rolled out internationally very soon.
