With the rumors which surfaced the web already back in May, The Associated Press reports that NBC News is finally in negotiating stage in order to buy stake in Microsoft’s portion of MSNBC.com. According to a NBC News spokeswoman, “conversations are taking place” but there is no deal” yet. MSNBC was founded as a joint venture between NBC and Microsoft back in 1996 and in 2005, NBC comes under a similar deal with Microsoft to acquire a majority ownership of the MSNBC television, offering more close integrating with its other broadcasting avenues. Now what to see is that whether this long turned story bring sparks or not.
