Microsoft’s Former Gavin Kim Joins NQ Mobile

We reported last week that Microsoft’s general manager of Windows Phone Product Marketing Gavin Kim had quit the role following a five month stint. The report confirming today that Gavin Kim has joined the NQ Mobile team as our new Chief Product Officer. In this newly created role, Gavin will be helping to map NQ Mobile’s future by identifying and developing innovative products, technologies and partnerships. Kim previously role was at Samsung before joining Microsoft in November to head up the company’s Windows Phone marketing division.
