The company’s Windows Phone design studio general manager Albert Shum and Todd Simmons, creative director at Wolff Olins, at a recent design day event (via The Verge) in Norway held a talk about “re-imagining” Microsoft.
At the presentation, its being revealed that logo is in the plan which going to be changed, while “Other brands are coming along too,” Simmons notes before the reveal. “Bing, Skype, Yammer, Xbox…everything is under development as well.” Adding further, the duo reveal some of the influences for the company’s new look, saying, “We thought about Nike.”
