Microsoft Plans To Buy Web-based Software Company Yammer For More Than $1 Billion

Business Insider citing “sources” reports that Microsoft is in urge to buy Yammer whereas other publication Bloomberg reports that the tech giant if the deal take place than it will be bought up for more than $1 billion, with a deal coming as soon as Friday. Yammer is web-based software which lets employees work together on projects and share information in an environment. Yammer will help Microsoft increase its charm, will let add social-networking tools to the suite of products it offers corporate customers. The deal will result in setting up competition with Salesforce.com and Oracle.
