AllThingsD citing “sources familiar with the negotiations” is reporting that the business networking website LinkedIn reportedly set to buy the newsreader app Pulse. Although ATD’s Kara Swisher reported earlier that Microsoft and Yahoo are in the works to buy the app but finally it seems like LinkedIn gets the piece of cake with likely to say the price between $50 million and $100 million.

Pulse app which was created by San Francisco-based Alphonso Labs has raised about $10 million with having 20 million users onboard who read over 10 million stories per day. There are no words yet to be out about the deal or what’s going to happen next with the core Pulse service if it’s really got acquired.
