With earlier images leaked and LG itself hinted that it will be going to unveiled the snapdragon 800-powered Optimus G2 in its NYC event next month, Engadget is reporting that it has received couple of new images of LG’s upcoming flagship device. The device features a 5.2-inch display, 1080-pixel display with having very little bezel on board, three Android navigation buttons featured along with the original G.

On the back, the device includes a rumored 13-megapixel camera. The publication citing its source revealed that the device bears a Snapdragon 800 processor – as hinted by company earlier – at 2.3GHz, 2GB RAM and is a Sprint variant running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Other specs are still in dark as of now as much not seems appear to be visible with the pictures available. Since we are still three weeks away from LG’s event, then its believe to be no doubt that the whole remaining month of July and first week of August will run up collecting more updates via various leaks.
