At the IFA tradeshow in Berlin today, LG unveiled two new premium IPS monitors, the EA93 and EA83. The EA93 constitutes with the cinematic screen, a 21:9 display, the same ratio used in real movie theatres while the EA83, a more conventional 27-inch IPS monitor with 2560 X 1440 resolution. LG claims that the monitors display will improve productivity and the “4-Screen Split” breaks the display into four segments. There are no words on models pricing or release date yet, but will be shown at IFA Berlin this week.
