Apple and Samsung, the world’s largest consumer electronics companies who often seen in legal battle field, had seen an interesting twist in its long-battled that still have to begin. Reuters reporting that Judge Lucy Koh had denied Samsung request to include Steve Jobs statement which was made to biographer Walter Isaacson.

“I REALLY DON’T THINK THIS IS A TRIAL ABOUT STEVE JOBS.”

Samsung urges that the late Jobs comments clearly shows a level of irrelevancy that the Cupertino-based giant not in the case to protect its own intellectual property, but still ready to fight with its rival so as able to destroy and attack competitor. Jobs told Isaacson that “I’m going to destroy Android, because it’s a stolen product. I’m willing to go thermonuclear on this.”

Samsung argued in a filing that the thermonuclear quote “speaks to Apple’s bias, improper motives and its lack of belief in its own claims in that they are a means to an end, namely the destruction of Android.” But, Judge Koh said, “I really don’t think this is a trial about Steve Jobs.”

The trial is scheduled to begin in earnest on July 30th.
