Samsung had unveiled its flagship Galaxy S III early this month and now NTT DoCoMo has confirmed that the phone will have 2GB of RAM. Furthermore, the carrier’s model, called as SC-06D features a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, instead of Samsung recently announced quad-core Exynos processor. The phone also features 1seg TV tuner focusing on local market.
