Japan’s KDDI Announces iida Smartphone Design

When it comes for innovative mobile design, Japanese carrier KDDI is no stranger in order to push it to a great extent and this is what it done. The carrier has designed [1][2] a concept iida smartphone design which is having a luxury analog clock. The company is showcasing a new iida smartphone design at the Milan Salone Internazionale del Mobile, and it’s built around the concept of “fusion”. KDDI says the design is intended to bring a short moment of luxury to our busy lives as opposed to acting like a simple tool. The handset was designed by Jaime Hayon and looks to be running the same custom “iida UI” Android 2.3 skin. There are no details on when it get released but we’ll keep an eye on it.
