ITC: Motorola Mobility Didn’t Violate Apple’s Patent

The ITC preliminary decision already stated that Motorola’s Driod series does not violate Apple patents and now over on this a final review for the same has come into effect from those of initial findings confirming that Motorola Mobility did not violated Apple’s patent. Apple can appeal to the Federal Circuit, and given that it has done before, it’s likely the iPad maker will do so here. This is one such massive win for Motorola Mobility.
